At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is disassembled and repacked in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and components.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  For large play sets or patio structures, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
